Hi is it alright if I friend you? You seem like a genuine guy on here. And I also love what you did with your wallpapers. I'm guessing you love Heroes from looking at your user name. I do like it too, but it seems a little boring at the moment. Right now I'm into Gossip Girl (hihi xoxo! gossip girl!) and Scrubs. Ooo and I can't get enough of Friends and Seingfeld. Old classics but still love em to death! I've bought the box sets for it too! Anyway enough of my ramblings I hope we can be friends.

Hey Tim. Yeah the weathers been weird thats for sure. It hit 41 on sunday and also on friday... and yet monday was only 20 and rainy. But there were fires around here but they have been controlled since that southerly blew them out. Lol. Hope summer isnt like this because i hate anything over 35 degrees. Lol. Anyway how you been mate? Havnt seen you around lately so ill be hoping to catch up again soon! Dont be afraid to hit me up with a message on facebook either if you feel like it. ;)

Lol, yeah that's fair enough. Ive been ok. Had some nice rain here over the last few days which washed the dust away so everything is nice and clean again.

Wow it sounds like you have been one busy boy lately. Glad to hear uni is going good for you. Woah sounds like you have come a long way especially the fact that you are on a student rep council and you are a mentor to the first years... damn that wouldnt leave much free time huh. XD Do you still work at the chemist btw? So apart from the uni work... what else has been happening lately? It was great to hear from you again... you should make an appearance on msn one of these days so we can have a chat! I guess all the busy times really hinders your chances of submitting another wallpaper huh. XD

if your gonna try something new mate, then stick to a similar themed background coz i think it looked quite good! Also, i hope your keeping cool in the "heatwave of the century" down there. 5 days of 40+ degree days is terrible. Imagine how the players at the tennis are handling playing in that heat. O_O Adelaide was worse than youse though... they hit 46 today which is nearly their hottest day ever. I hate the weather except if it rains. XD

Hmmm, a pain when running? Okay I need to ask you a question then. When did you start running? Recently or have you been increasing your miles quite often? I know that feeling. When I first got into really into my running during a summer about 2 years ago I pushed myself so hard that I was topping off at 10 miles a day and would feel pain in my ankles and calf muscles because they weren't tempered to the long distant. Well they did eventually. But One more question what muscle is the pain in or what part of the body? Because if it's in a place like the frontal pelvis, rib cage, stomach, lungs, or any part of legs you're probably okay and just haven't gotten use to it.

Ps. Yeah, schools necessary.

Well, it's a lot more intricate than that, but yeah we have to pass jury recitals for our actual playing abilities. We also study general music theory & music analysis type classes, ear training, music history, etc, and we're also required to take some piano.

I'm learning some Eva music on piano right now hah.

I LOVE High School. Maybe its because i join a lot of clubs. Im kind of scared on going to Collage. But then again i cant stop thinking about it. lol Its Like I want to grow up but then i think every thing is going to change. I dont even know for the good or the bad. But the one thing I know is that i can't stop Time from Moving. So in the end i will have to face my fears and go to Collage.

If you have large calves it could possibly be in part due to gentics but if your friend wears leg weights on his ankles it's not helping him and it will not cause any sort of muscle growth atleast not enough to make it worth the damage you cause. You see when you use weights to run or say fight with like weighted gloves it's hard on your joints because it cause the cartilage to grind between the bones and that will lead to some really bad damage. And I've actually ran across this many times. Just because it's more weight doesn't mean it's better. If you should want to build muscle in the calves then he should work with weights not running. Whenever you do an aerobic exercise it should be meant to define your muscles, burn fat, and build stamina. But pertaining to the size of calve muscles, they usually depend on the body mass of the person. People who have a large body mass tend to have large calve muscles. This makes sense when you think about it. The bigger the person the more the weight . In otherwords whenever they walk their calves are being stressed and are causing muscle growth to compensate for not being as strong as their body weight requires.

Ps. If he's wearing ankle weights they would also only work out the stomach muscles and upper leg muscles. Where if he wears upper body weights then he should probably quit walking in them because like I said they're grinding his cartilage away. Sorry if I couldn't be of any use to you in your quest for smaller calves.

Pps.And yeah I'm a highschool student. But I get to take advanced classes be ause I attend a special academy. And we live in a dorm. It's not the coolest thing in the world but if I stay here until I graduate I pretty much get a ridiculous number of scholarships with the acceptance from any college that I pretty much want to got to. And I hope to go to MIT And get a physics major.
